Del Toro Farms is a family operation built on a simple belief: the way an animal lives matters. Our cattle are born and raised on free-range pastures in Humboldt County — one of California's most pristine ranching regions — where they graze open land from day one.
When it's time for finishing, our cattle are transported to our Southern California farm where they're finished on fodder — a clean, nutrient-dense feed that produces exceptional beef without the shortcuts of conventional feedlots.
We know every animal on our land. That's not a marketing line. It's just how we ranch.
